California Adventure the maddest Roller Coaster and VERY WET ending!!

California Adventure Park is definitely set up with the Teenagers and adults in mind. You can even get a wine or beer on site!! (not available in Disneyland). But what is the stand out...

It's this Roller Coaster "California Screaming" - 2 minutes of high speed perfectly smooth twists and turns and plenty of screeeeaaams!! We grabbed a "fast Pass" for this one AWESOME!!

 This shot is just before the take off 5,4,3,2,scream and the girls do man!! It's awesome. Dan actually filmed the whole ride (which was a good effort, I was flat out just hanging on). I'll see if I can upload it but I'm not sure if it will work.

 Cooling off California Adventure style really fine ice cold water mist shooting out of a replica jet engine

The classic White water ride but it goes for about 3 minutes and you definitely get wet but not too wet. 55 min wait

Now this ride was something else "Hollywood Tower of Terror". Think of the classic tower drop but instead of being on the outside of  a tower you are in a lift that goes up inside of this multi story building. Inside its all falling apart and you have to enter the lift. After the acting and story you are strapped in to a seat with a lift load of people and taken up to the top and...

...this is the photo as the windows open in front of you and it starts to drop but nly about 5 floors then it slams you back up to the top and yuo look out over disneyland again then drop whoa!! this time 10 floors then back up over and over and over... unbelievable!!

We had a break at about 5pm then returned at 9pm to catch the classic Haunted House, pretty cool (like Matt)

Also a very mild 17 minute ride with the Pirates of the Caribbean. Incredible amount of work put into the sets!! and then...we hit Splash Mountain 11.30pm in our jeans and nice shirts and looking real hip and...

We got smashed this shot is just before the 50ft drop. We had a fairly heavy log group 6 guys in the log one behind the other and Daniel and Matthew were in the front. 4 major drops that all flooded our log and Matt and Dan were wet from head to toe. Their shoes were running with water and their jeans were wet from waste to ankles, shirts saturated. I was in third spot and only got 30% wet lucky!! Would have been fun in the day...
The boys were good sports and happy to get home about 12.30pm. Happy now watching TV.

Well that is it, another very full day just cracked 2am here in Anaheim but I am happy to get this Blog completed and share it with you all. We will all sleep well tonight and hope that you have a great day too.
