Chicago move to the Hyatt Regency and dinner at Gino's East!!

Well today we almost woke up at a normal time, around 9am, slept like logs.

I thought that I would throw a couple of shots in from the Wax museum visit so...

 It was only about 5 blocks between the Embassy Suites and the Hyatt where we be having the RMHC International Conference so we walked it and here we have just arrived.

Note for all who may come here we purchased a 7 day bus and train pass each today for $23. This is outstanding value and takes the pressure off finding the correct money as well as huge savings. Buses run every 5 minutes.

 It rained in the morning and then cleared up to be about 90% humidity. Then at 5pm it poured again!! there was accident in Michigan drive involving a bus and probably a pedestrian and the police close the street off 2 ambulances and 5 cop cars threw the Magnificent Mile into absolute chaos.

 Not us though we decided to hit a Chicago institution "Gino's East" Pizza shop. This shop was set up by a local Taxi driver who saw an opportunity to fill a niche market. The Pizzas are all freshly cooked with the thick crust taking 55 minutes and it is fantastic!!

 Even in the rain people were lined up for 30 minutes, including us, to get in.

 Here we are in finally, if you look closely Matt is hamming it up, thanks Matt!!

 The other thing that makes this pizza shop unique is that you can graffiti anything within the shop except the restrooms haha and the signage. They even sell the textas in case you didn't bring your own!!

 It's hard to see but when the boys went to the restroom I photographed what they wrote haha naughty. This is Matt.

 This is Dan's plus they wrote everywhere else including colouring in a  ladies teeth on one of the wall pictures.

And here is one of the pizzas yumm!! and the boys had a couple of jugs of coke whilst I had a Samuel Adams, a good beer.

Finally we are staying in a Hotel with a Gym and we have all been able to do an hour or so of exercise yeeeaaahh!!

Well that's it I don't now what happened but I am still doing this blog at 1.40am crazy. We will be up at 8am tomorrow morning and doing a day tour of the Ronald McDonald Houses in Chicago then I have a financial meeting in the afternoon yuck!!
